From January to March 2024, we traveled from district to district across the Philippines, meeting informally with our Men’s Ministry Directors, Leaders, and their Assistants. These visits were about heart-to-heart conversations, shared prayers, and renewed commitment. We listened to their local experiences, offered encouragement, and reminded them that they are not alone in this calling. Each meeting was filled with moments of affirmation, where leaders felt seen, valued, and strengthened.
The core of our message was to reinforce the mandate given by our National Executives: to build strong, Spirit-empowered men who will impact their families, churches, and communities. Through simple yet sincere gatherings, we motivated them to press on despite challenges and to lead with faith and conviction. We prayed for wisdom, protection, and fresh passion over their lives and ministries. The atmosphere in each district was filled with unity and a deep hunger for God’s direction.
This journey reminded us that the strength of our ministry lies not just in programs but in personal connection and spiritual support. We left each district with full hearts and a deeper appreciation for the work being done on the ground. Truly, the Men’s Ministry is alive and moving forward with renewed energy and God-given purpose.
