The Biliran Eastern Visayas District Council Men’s Ministry Convention was held with the inspiring theme “Men of Vision and Mission.” The gathering was highlighted by the presence of General Superintendent Bishop David Sobrepeña and Assistant National Director of Men’s Ministry Rev. Avelino Miramar, who delivered powerful messages of encouragement and direction. Delegates were challenged to embrace their calling as men of faith, leadership, and service in their communities.
